30 jun 2013, masuk hari kedua perjalanan LEADERONOMICS PROGRAM anjuran pihak SERU di UM.... so far so good.. program berjalan lancar dan badan pun sihat dan segar sebab dah dapat rehat yang cukup since petang hingga malam...
hari kedua kami bermula dengan modul kedua yang diberi nama GOAL SETTINGS & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN... modul ini dikendalikan oleh MR ANDREW LAU...
1. GOAL SETTING:
- we need to have a personal mission statemet, which including our future and overall goal, which used to guide us to achieve the goal. usually, it is one brief sentence, which easy to remember and as motivation. few guidlines and ways are given for the students how to create a mission statements.
- And this is mine: JADILAH MUSLIMAH SEJATI, BERBAKTI KEPADA IBU &AYAH AGAR BEROLEH KEJAYAAN DI DUNIA DAN DI AKHIRAT...well, I already mention my goal in the first coaching and goal in life post...
- we need to make a decision early and manage those decision daily.. all decision making are risky, but, it can be right or wrong decision based on how we manage the risk..
- JOHARI WINDOW..... help us to discover our blind spot, self disclosure/exposure and self discoveries.... it is because, sometimes, we also do not know ourselves well... so, by asking feedback from people around us really a good way to discover ourselves.. luckily, I already done it in peer coaching session.. in MEREKA KATA post, I already include and compile all the feedback... :)

- next is LIFE WHEEL.. it helps us to rank some aspects in our life, so we can see at which part we need to improve more and take the action immediately... I already done my wheel of life in wrap up post... :)

- ACTION PLAN... this is the best thing that I got today.. I already start doing it today and it helps me plan better for my short term goal... :)
- COMPETENCY GAP... usually, between strength & weekness, we focus on to improve weekness, but actually, we need to focus on strength.. why? because, we need to polish our strength, so it become our specialty and differentiate us from other.. people will look on our strength, not on our weakness... in conclussion, we need to manage weaknesses but excel our strengths.. so, the competency gap will be higher for the strength, so we can go far than other people....

- BREAKING THE COMFORT ZONE... to learn something new and to develop self improvement, we must come out from the comfort zone and try something new...
